The cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund amount. A. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. B. Only the value of the goods will be refunded, and the value of the delivery service will not be refunded. C. The product must be in its original condition as it was before, otherwise the product will not be returned. D. The product will be returned if there is a manufacturing error, and the customer will be compensated with a similar product or refunded if requested.

    A. Same day delivery: Delivery cost 2 KD (note the cost varies for remote areas), and orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
    B. Delivery within 48 hours: Delivery cost 1 KD (note the cost varies for remote areas).
    C. Delivery hours: Delivery is from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
    D. To avoid embarrassment, there is no pickup from the company’s location, only delivery of customer orders.
  12. Working and rest days:
    A. Working days: Sunday to Friday.
    B. Rest day: Saturday (No delivery, but we accept your orders).
